That’s why we accept the most standard forms of payment and offer financing options. We are proud to offer PatientFi and CareCredit to give you the control and comfort you need.

BENEFITS OF PATIENTFI

There are many factors with PatientFi that can help improve the patient financing experience. Here are just a few:

  • Ease of application. Focused on a few key areas — and without a lot of complex jargon — the application can typically be completed within minutes.

  • No hard credit check. We utilize a soft credit inquiry, and the application will have no impact on your credit score.

  • Affordable interest rates. Several plan options, including some with 0% APR financing, are available for individuals who qualify.

  • Seamless integration. Salameh Plastic Surgery procedures are fully eligible for patient financing through PatientFi.

BENEFITS OF CARECREDIT

CareCredit is another patient financing option we accept. Below are a few of the benefits of CareCredit:

  • Multi-Use You can use your CareCredit financing at over 225,000 enrolled providers across the nation.

  • Affordable interest rates. We offer 6 months installment plants with no interest on purchases above $200 when you pay the full amount by the end of the promotional period.

  • Seamless integration. As with PatientFi, procedures are fully eligible for patient financing through CareCredit

General Terms of Payment

All surgical procedures require a deposit to secure and arrange a surgical date. All payments for plastic surgery expenses need to be paid in full two weeks prior to the date of surgery. Any cancellation within two weeks of the date of surgery will be subjected to a 70% cancellation fee.

If a person other than the patient is paying for the procedure and/or related fees, a credit card authorization that is signed and dated by the person paying, along with a copy of the credit card (front and back) and an original and legal ID, will be needed in order to authenticate the transaction.

Patients who utilize any of the financing plans are subjected to the individual terms of the provider.

Insurance

Our practice is not in-network with any insurance provider and will require out-of-network benefits. If you would like to find out if your insurance plan covers out-of-network expenses please reach out to your respected provider. Some procedures that are deemed medically necessary may be covered by certain PPO plans with an out-of-network benefits option for specialists/surgeons. In those cases, anesthesia fees and fees related to the outpatient surgical center may or may not also be covered by the PPO insurance plan.

Consultation Fees

Consultation fees will be applied to your procedure should you decide to go ahead with surgery on the day of your consultation. Consultations that are being canceled within 24hours of their appointed date and time are non-refundable.
